Manatee County Clerk partners with CSC to increase eRecording presence
The Manatee County Clerk of the Circuit Court & Comptroller is pleased to announce that it has partnered with CSC. This new partnership provides customers an additional vendor to e-record their documents with the Clerk's office. Additionally, this partnership allows the Clerk's office to honor its mission of providing better and more efficient service through technology.
What is e-recording? E-recording, also known as electronic recording, is the process of submitting documents online. Most documents recorded in person or by mail can be recorded electronically through a customer's home or office computer.
These documents include but are not limited to deeds, mortgages, assignments of mortgages, and satisfactions.
A customer must create an account with CSC to upload documents for recording.
Other e-recording vendors include Simplifile and eRecording Partners Network (EPN).
