Manatee Clerk & Comptroller adds HopDox as new eRecording vendor
The Office of Angel Colonneso, Esq., Clerk of the Circuit Court & Comptroller for Manatee County, is pleased to announce the addition of HopDox as an approved eRecording vendor for Official Records. This new partnership gives customers another convenient option for submitting documents electronically — supporting the Clerk & Comptroller's ongoing commitment to accessible, efficient service.
What is eRecording?
eRecording, also known as electronic recording, is the process of submitting documents online. Most documents recorded in person or by mail can be recorded electronically from a home or office computer.
Documents that can be eRecorded include, but are not limited to, deeds, mortgages, liens, and other Official Records documents.
About HopDox
HopDox is designed for title companies, attorneys, banks, lien filers, and contractors. Its platform helps reduce rejections and speed up document acceptance — so customers can record documents without mailing paperwork or traveling to a county office.
