Pay Citation
Important Information to Know When Using This Service
A convenience fee of 3.5% will be added to your fine amount.
You can only pay traffic citations if your case does not require proof. If the traffic citation relates to your vehicle registration, insurance, or driver's license, you will not be able to use this automated payment system.
Paying your citation is an admission of guilt and points, if applicable, will be assessed on your driver's license.
To avoid late fees and suspension, internet payment must be made by 3:00 P.M. on the last business day prior to the 30th day. Weekends are counted in the 30 days. Any payment made prior to 3:00pm will appear on the statement the next day. Payments made after 3:00pm may not appear on the next day statement.
If you are paying a delinquent citation and a suspension has been issued, we will notify the Department of Motor Vehicles electronically of the satisfaction. If you do not have a Florida driver's license a clearance form will be mailed to you. If a reinstatement is necessary, you must contact our office or your local Department of Motor Vehicles.
For questions concerning billing and transactions, please call 877-326-8689.
For questions pertaining to your case, refer to the Manatee County clerk's website at www.manateeclerk.com or call the Traffic department during business hours at 941-741-4060. Please have your citation number or case number ready when contacting the clerk's office by telephone.
In order to protect your credit card information, we require a browser that supports 128-bit encryption.
You will not be able to complete the process unless you have 128-bit encryption installed.
