The Manatee County Clerk of the Circuit Court & Comptroller's office invites community residents to safely and securely dispose of personal documents for FREE at its 4th Annual Community Drive-Thru Shred Day Event. This event will take place from 9:00-11:00 a.m. at the Manatee County Fairgrounds, 1402 14th Ave W, Palmetto, FL, 34221, on Saturday, May 21, 2022.

No drop-offs are accepted, and all participants must remain in their vehicle with their documents until a Clerk of Court staff member or volunteer securely places their documents into a shredding bin to be shredded.

Residents can bring any color or type of paper document for disposal. These items can include financial statements, social security records, bank records, and other personal documents that contain sensitive personal information. Plastic credit and ID cards are also accepted.
