Does the Clerk have an online service to submit marriage license information? Yes. By using our e-Marriage application, you are filling out, at your convenience, all the necessary information required by the State of Florida to obtain a marriage license. This will save you time when you come to the Courthouse. Click here to get started
Is it necessary to have a blood test performed before we apply for a Marriage License? No, the state of Florida does not require a blood test.
How much does a marriage license cost? The cost is $96.50. If the applicants file with the Clerk a certificate that they have completed a pre-marital course, then the cost is reduced to $61.00. Please contact the Clerk's office at 941-741-4020 for details on this.
