NOTICE OF CHANGE OF E-FILING BUSINESS RULES
Effective Date: February 9, 2009

The Manatee County Clerk of Circuit Court has changed its business rules affecting the filing date of documents e-filed with the clerk.

Existing Business Rule: Documents e-Filed after 5pm or on Saturday, Sunday or legal holidays will be docketed on the next business day.

New Business Rule: Documents e-Filed after midnight or on Saturday, Sunday or legal holidays will be docketed on the next business day.
