Your driver’s license privileges and motor vehicle registrations will be suspended for failure to pay child support timely. If you have received a Notice of Intent to Suspend and would like to resolve this matter you may do so by:
- Paying the delinquency in full
- Contacting our office to discuss a written agreement for repayment
- Filing a petition to contest with the Circuit Court
